this blog is for all those who wishes to thanks their architects, designers, contractors and suppliers in helping them in materialising their dreams
AND also warn others about the possible foul ups in the works and release their angers subsequently... ....tha...k...y..o....or... .f..k...them
And also, clients ARE NOT ALWAYS RIGHT? Contractors, suppliers.....have you say here too......!!

Some contractors are out to make a quick one, just recently came across an owner was conned as he was given "semangkok" timber instead of "White american oak", according to the owner the contractor says he can make them similar....Wait till the borers come crawling out!!!
Sometime there are also owners who think that they are experts in everything, to an extend teaching how an expert do their duty..do you believe this...an owner can even accused a general manager of the specific building material company saying that their catalog are wrong (false catalog) so as to just to fool the home owner...Believe That It happens...
The answer is to weed out "most" of the bad contractors (like weeds, they just keep coming back) is to have a good accreditation or referral system by a professional body or trade association.
The other answer on the "Mr. & Mrs. Know-It-All" owners? Offer them to your competitors.
Contractors and owner are alike, they all are as greedy..they want the best but when comes to money, it is hard to part with. They live in a make believe world, they just need to be educated from childhood that nothing in this world is Good and Cheap!
